- art. 156, par. 1, item 3 of the Act of 30.06.2000 on Industrial Property Law,
- art. 6, par. 1, point. c of the European Parliament and of the Council 2008/95/EC of 22.10.2008 introduced to align legislation of the EU members relating to trade marks,
- art. 12, point c, Council Regulation (EC) No 207/2009 of 26.02.2009 relating to the Community Trade Mark and
- art. 17 of the Agreement on Trade Related Aspects of Intellectual Property Rights of 15.04.1994 (TRIPS).

References to car brands in this catalogue do not imply the existence of any legal or organizational connections between “WP” Company and producers of individual car brands. Such connections do not exist.
